CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is very important to me. It is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. - Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount - “No Shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount - All services must be held with a credit card on file. Please be aware that if you are more then 20 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the full service for which you have been scheduled for.
